Our Program objective is to enhance the well-being of our clients and to facilitate the achievement of health-related goals.  Nutrition and wellness health coaching is motivating and educating individuals to cultivate positive health choices in nutrition, lifestyle changes, spiritual connection along with other elements of life that can impact markers of health such as stress, weight and energy levels.  As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, wellness authority and supportive mentor, my services strive to help individuals through a holistic approach to well-being as well as diet.

The integration of mind, body and spirit equals wellness and a variety of strategies are used to accomplish that goal.  One is to actively listen to each individual's story and encourage clients to adopt healthier habits. Other methods to initiate behavorial change include goal setting, action planning, problem solving, navigating obstacles/barriers to goals, finding resources, self monitoring and building self-efficacy.  Mind and emotions impact how we digest, calorie burn and regulate our appetite. Understanding this deeper aspect of nutrition can help begin to solve so many of our eating and health challenges.  Everyone is unique in who they are and require individual attention based on their biological makeup. Our mission is to focus on the wholeness of each individual and to create positive and lasting outcomes. 

Product or Service Produced or Offered : The Sacred Pantry offers individual and group coaching, nutritional education, healthy recipes and cooking lessons and demos. We work with weight management, reducing inflammation and disease, food cravings, food addictions and assist in adapting healthy lifestyle habits. Please contact me about cooking and nutrition classes where I am available to host one in your community church, health care facilities and other businesses and organizations.

Current News or Offerings : Initial consultations are free. Coaching programs are from three to six months, including individual a la cart services. Cooking and nutrition classes are available individually or in groups.
