Allen’s background is quite impressive and has amply prepared him to help others achieve their fitness goals.  Allen stresses discipline and accountability as a personal trainer and these traits can be traced back to his upbringing as the son of military parents.  Allen’s also served as a Captain in the United States Air Force.  He grew up playing several sports but had a particular interest in wrestling.  Allen believes that the discipline that it took to prepare for wrestling and the requirement to “make weight” before each match has prepared him well for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
